This fixture is beautiful in a two-story residential foyer. Be aware that there are about 300 strings of crystals hanging from the base of the lamp. When the crystals (on a filament line) drop easily from their individual plastic bag--you,re in luck. When the crystals on the filament line become entangled, its like trying to untangle a necklace on a ladder 10 feet off the ground. Nevertheless, the fixture is unspeakably gorgeous (five stars) despite a time consuming installation (3 stars). I would definitely order again despite the time consuming installation, because the end result in magnificent. Even when the fixture is not lit, its casts prism rainbow colors all around my foyer--like an immense diamond ring. When the fixture is lit at night, it is breathtaking from inside the home and from the street outside.. this is my NEW !
