My husband and I recently moved into a newly built home, and this is the light we choose for our dining area (see uploaded photos). Choosing a chandelier was difficult for us, as we did not want anything elaborate, but at the same time, we also wanted an attractive piece that would have a bit of style. This light, which we found through Lowe's online, fit the bill perfectly. Although VERY reasonably priced, it wound up being much more high-quality than most of the other pieces that we considered. The metal--a dark bronze which appears almost black, yet is warmer--is very well constructed. We loved that the glass bowls for the individual lights are smooth (nothing to hold the dust!) and a beautiful "cognac" color, which gives off a pleasant amber light.
