It may be a fifteen minute fan for some , but not me. I am 73 yrs old and it took me about four hours but I took my time and several breaks. It is really easy after you spread everything out like a puzzle. I could assemble and put it up very easy now and will purchase another later for another bed room . It oozes with quaility and no ballancing is required and is super quiet. I like it a lot.
