This little (1 foot long) track has three fixed lamp positions which can articulate to aim the included flood lights where you want them. It is well constructed and has a strong feel. It comes with a mount for wall or ceiling installation, so all you need is to connect it to the existing wiring or by adding a power cord of your own. The lights each put out a pool of illumination that can accent wall art, brighten a work space, or illuminate a room.
