I'm using these to spotlight art on the walls in my office. They're unobtrusive, and can be easily adjusted to any angle from straight down to nearly parallel to the ceiling. If you angle them very steeply, you will see the edges of the gimbal, so if you want a more flush look and a steep angle, you might want a different fixture.
